Bowen Therapy uses gentle, subtle rolling moves, performed over muscle and connective tissue to activate and support the body's ability to maintain or regain balance, order and harmony. Moves are applied to specific locations on the body with therapeutic pauses or rests between moves to enhance integration.

Clients may experience relief from many health-related issues including: anxiety/stress-related conditions; back pain; digestive/bowel issues; fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome; general muscle stiffness; headaches and migraines; joint problems; respiratory conditions; sports injuries; jaw and teeth-grinding issues; hormonal imbalances and newborn baby concerns such as colic.

Elle is a nationally accredited and insured Bowen therapist and member of the Bowen Association Australia and Bowen Therapists Federation of Australia.

CranioSacral Work & Therapeutic Touch Therapy

More info CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle technique to release fascial tension and support the nervous system. The client lies on their back during the treatment session. Accommodations can be made to ensure that the client is comfortable.
For this 60-minute treatment, lightweight, loose clothing is recommended.

Therapeutic Touch (TT) is an evidence-based, non-invasive treatment to balance the client's energy field and lower stress levels. It can help people feel calmer as well as reducing pain sensations and helping to lower blood pressure.
Clients lie down for the 45-60 minute session.

Remote/non-local Healing

Arrange a time with Elle and get comfy. After the session a brief text is sent to you and the work is recorded and placed in your file.
The healing effects are not bound by space and time. They are immediate and will vary according to the healing potential of the client and their current needs.
